Someone Please Help Me!

I bought an AWM 15 minutes ago in the Item Shop, so then I tried to play with it, When I switch to my AWM bag I get a client error, and a Dragonauv comes out. When I try to put my AWM in the first bag, it doesn't appear in the game only my pistol and knife. I am really nervous, I didn't just want to waist 56,000 GP on an AWM. Please someone help me!

Details -
I have a Dragonauv for 6 Days (This possibly may cause it I don't know)

Try to re-login, if that doesn't work, report the bug to the support team and they should fix this problem.

What problem does it show? Any errors? If nothing happens it may be already running. Go to your task manager and search for patcher_cf.exe and end the process; then re-open CF and it should be working properly.

No, I load crossfire and nothing happens, it says that the client is loaded on the task manager, but it won't show up....
And no, I reloaded it, doesn't work
