I can not stand, is to put a process that each member would I do that, but have to ban those members who offend us and kick us so why are we BRS.

    I'll have to disagree with you there, sorry.
    every time I get kicked, it's always either a butthurt BR/egyptian.
    you can report people that use the chat in incorrect forms (racism, insulting, etc).

    Lul? It happens all the time. Hell, it even happens here on the forums

    Note that you will need to provide screenshot proof of the chat, including any replies you have made.

    Being kicked from a room doesn't constitute as harassment, unless it's the same person who's following you from room to room.

    Again, you will need to send in a support ticket to have this investigated.
