plz i need help

wanted to know when my ZPS will arrive as deposited at 11 o'clock yesterday morning by billet banking ZPS 27,500.

And whenever I put the ZPS, they always come at noon or earlier.

Already 1 pm and nothing of my ZPS.

Where they wanted to know?

I'm guessing (by your "english") you're brazillian.
in that case, I have seen lots of people having trouble receiving ZP in Brazil -
