Basically, you're guaranteed nothing when you buy crates in the Black Market. You clearly don't understand how the Black Market work.

Spending on BM(The lottery) and ZP not getting to his account are two completely different things. I'd assume he thinks that buying crates means your weapon is certain to appear, like how the Item Shop works.

1) check if the payment actually went through (see if you were charged)
2) send a ticket to whichever company you purchased ZP through explaining your situation
3) send Z8Games a ticket explaining your situation
4) wait 2-3 more business days
