Did not recieve my zp.

I've been experiencing this alot i usually dont recieve my zp when ever i buy it's just really annoying i spent my money for nothing then when im gonna report for this BOKU is not in the payment company only PAYMO,MOPAY etc.How can i recieve my zp ?.I lose 60k zp just because of this.

It might be a delay.
If not then you might have to contact the payment company.

The only way is to contact the payment company or send a ticket to support
