Reincarnate old Account
Hello Girls and Gents,

is my old Cross fire account. As i tried to log in i recognized that my password isnt working at all. Now i wanted to check my old e-mail so get my password but lucky me, my e-mail got deleted while i was inactive for 2 years.
My Problem is that i'd love to play CF again but im European. This SrgPain account was created 2009 so i could play in US again. On the other side i have several guns on my character which i have won in Black Market or how you called it today "Capsule Shop".
The only way i could proof that its mine is probably my date of birth or the secret question. I have some screenshots and replays saved on my PC that also proof that its mine.
I tried to contact Account Admins, Supports, i wrote in Forums but in EU -.-
Now i tried to contact any support on Z8Games but got no reply on that.
Would you please help me to get that account back?

And to answer in your next question, keep checking your mail (on account you sent the support ticket, naturally) and there's this new page, I've heard, where you can see your tickets..

Now Zuci. Thanks to your hint ive had a conversation to an account admin. He was nice and pretty helpful onto the point when he asked me if i can send him an e-mail that isnt associated with a z8games account..
but i gave him one that is. My current e-mail. Now not even an hour later i've noticed it and send another reply with Capslock-mode activated explaining my problem.
He's not been awnsering for 2 days now. Should i worry? -

Where did you contatc him? Through support?
Do not be rude to support. Work with them to prove your ownership. They cant release an account unless they are 100% sure you own it.
Support dont reply on weekends and its roughly 24-48 hours turnaround for a reply. -

You should be able to prove thats you. Just fill that junk out. I've done it before and I'm secretly a toddler.
