cant join channels or use mail/friends

ok so i launch the game fine and log in then i have to pick a server now sometimes it lets me sometime it just gets stuck at connecting for ever and nothing ever happens, now if it does work then i get to the lobby type area and need to go to a channel but that NEVER lets me it just stays at connecting for ever i also cant add or search friends i cant read or send mail and people dont get my whispers need help please i run win 7 64 bit and very good internet and system

It doesn't matter if you have good internet, as long as it's close to Toronto, Canada.

I don't see how my statement didn't make sense.. If you live far away from the servers of CrossFire you would take longer to load. It can also be your CrossFire files corrupted, try download and installing the latest version of CF.

check your:
firewall
router settings
and if you, perhaps, live in europe, play the europe CF version.

i have re downloaded and installed the game multiple times, and in regards to your question, my ping to Toronto is 32 im not on mars. it NEVER connects to the channels and sometimes wont connect to server also still cant use mail/friends

Is it possible for you to change internet and see whenever it's your internet or computer. Pretty sure it's your computer.

did you contact your ISP? it could be a problem with NAT.

my computer is very new built it about 3 months ago very high end parts. internet is currently at 156 down and 78 up

nope, even if it was an internet issue it still wouldnt explain why i cant use the friends list area and the mail system

it actually could explain.
for example, it could be blocking the system.
do you, by chance, host a server on your PC and changed the QoS?
if you don't know what that means then it's nothing to worry about - since I had the same issue some time ago and it was because I had adjusted my QoS.

i do not run a server from my pc no. ugh im so ouyta ideas lol
