Name Change Bug?

So when trying to change your IGN, you get this error saying
"Sorry, this name was used before. You may try another name. If there are further problems please contact support. EC:-1" even though the IGN is available. Anyone help?

That is intentional. If someone(especially you?) has had the name before, you can't do it yourself. Send in a nice support ticket and they'll help you.
