Super Lag?

So I logged on to game today and tried to join a server. Thing was that for some reason this took 3 minutes. It usually takes me about 2 seconds to join a server. After that, when I tried joining a channel, that also took about 3 minutes. And when I try to start a game, it doesn't even work. Is there some maintenance or bug that I don't know about?
