Hacked account

So .. This isn't my main account, I got it from a friend just to post here since he's not playing on this account anymore.
Well, My main account is hacked, so I'm asking, what could I do about it ?

Info that I have,
creation date : -
id : -
password : -
old email : -
security answer : -
and some random paysafe transaction of zp,
(- means that I have it, so basically, I got everything except new password and new email address.)
I'm posting here because I can't write a ticket to support, because I don't access to my main account anymore.
