ZP not Creditted

I brought 10k ZP today which was credited then few seconds later i decided to get the Advanced pack so i need 4k more zp, I brought another 10k ZP pack,

My first 10k zp was creditted but the 2nd one wasnt.

i contacted support and i sent them a screen shot on friday and i still dont hve my zp

I cleared cache now it is fine
