Ultimate Game Card purchases

Has any one else had issues with the UGC not giving zp right away..... b4 when i have used ultimate game cards the zp shows up within ` minute and my purchase today is still not on my account after hours.... so whats up with that?

I have never had that issue before. What I have had is the game card is not working in the first 20mins after I purchased it.
