Unable to see text!

Hi there!
Well i played CrossFire some time ago and now i wanted to play again. So I installed the game, but when i enter, the menus show no text. I can't see what user and pass I'm typing ( I just enter it blind), can't see the servers names,channels,names,my rank ... nothing. No text what so ever. Eventually, when I blindly enter a room somehow, when I get killed ... game instantly crashes. Any ideas on this one?

Using ATI Video Card and OS Win Vista.

I've reinstalled it twice. Done the updates, everything. I can't seem to figure it out since I've already played the game before some time ago ...

Well this is a new one on me. Is your OS set to english? Video card drivers up to date?

well i got it fixed somehow. reinstalled my graphic drivers twice, the 2nd time made it work. I guess it's one of those things u can't explain
