hgw gamewatcher error

This started yesterday,

I was playing crossfire but then the game crashed (this is happening a lot for me) but then when i wanted to restart the game me hgw gamewatcher is stucked at step 3 and after a few minutes i got this error : 'failed to connect to server w[2003] l 0'.

How can i fix this ? and what does it mean?
