i can't create my first character

i am the first to play game. After i entered my username and passward. The game told me to get a nickname. So, I got the name and confirm it, but the game give me no respond, and i can't click ok, so i can't enter the game. What' wrong about it. I uninstalled the game and installed several times, but it is useless.

How long are you waiting after before you quit out of it?

I just open it and see my website for a long time, but it is always like that, no reply.

Can you provide a screenshot of what you mean when you say "see my website"?

I do not believe that the game opens a internet window. Everything should be ingame.

i just use alt+tab to see my IE, and after more than 10 minutes i will check if it works and give me a reply. But it still wasn't work

Oh okay. Please note that if you do leave the game then return to it there is a temporary "freezing" moment. This happens at any time within the game.

What you will need to do is go through the entire process ingame without leaving it (no alt+tab please!).

If you can at least finish that up and play 1 match ingame then you will be all set to go from here on out.

That link I posted from before is the entire Character Creation process. There are other links within the "Support" tab such as "Interface, "Controls", "Settings" with their own respective sub-tabs that can help you learn further about how the game works.

So again, try to complete the Character creation process entirely without alt+tabbing out of the game.

I have try to wait it works, but i have take a shower. it still looks like that

i can't create a nickname everytime i click confirm nothing happens. i tried clicking "ok" and "cancel" but nothing happens. its getting stuck in creating a nickname i waited for 10 mins and still nothing.

i can't create my first character
