So the problem is this. I forgot my security answer and I forgot my e-mail too. I have a SS to proof that this acc his mine acc.

    That screenshot doesnt help at all,it can mean anyone who logged in. Ip addresses dont usually help,cuz z8 wouldnt really be searching up where you live,also there can be different ip's. Both of those things wont prove anything. The only thing you can do is send in a support ticket where you provide them with the most possible information as possible. Ex: Ign,login id,password,and date of account creation.
