That would be my first step. If everything checks out okay on their end, you may need to then contact Z8Games support:

*Yes I can already see that Karma Koin isn't a listing in Payment Company after selecting Prepaid Card in Payment Method. I've already gotten in touch with a GM to put that on a to-do list for Monday.
For now, I suppose you should choose whatever option, then in the Comments section FIRSTLY explain that it is a Karma Koin issue, not "whatever payment company chosen".

I had this same problem too when I bought a $10 karma card.The code was pretty long,and it was hard to keep track.I must have tried like 5-10 times before being able to finally pay and receive the zp.So i guess you might have to keep trying over and over again.If not,9's message would definitely be helpful.As for the event,good luck on it.It all depends on the luck that you have,remember,ur chances of winning is almost like 1 out of thousands of cf players who deposit each day.

I know I haven't got the code wrong because on the Karma Koin site the exact same (copy and paste) gave me the card total. I'm pretty sure the problem isn't on my end. -

Yea you might lose out on the contest. Trust me, there will be other kinds, as well as other events to grab onto different weapons, both perm and temp.

I'm just trying to help you in the moment. If you REALLY need to deposit ZP, then buy a different prepaid gaming card or use a different ZP deposit option.

To the OP... where did you buy it from? As in.. does the card say "$" on it? Im not familiar with KK but if so, you will have to contact their support for further assistance. Chances are you wont be able to receive help here. -
I am very know with KK. U.G.C (Ultimate Game Card) isn't that easy. UGC you have to go to the main site, it then will throw you to playsapan and there where you obtain your items.In my opinion,ultimate gamecards are the easiest and most convenient payments in the prepaid cards section.Ive been using ugcs throughout my time here in cf.

U dont really have to go to the main site,all you need to do is enter ur email,then itll automatically direct you to a paybycash site where you enter the pin and click on pay.The reason I like it because it doesnt require you to pay using the entire $20 card or so.Youre able to store the extra money so that you can use it in the future.Likewise,with karma,Ive had quite some problems with it the last two times ive bought karma cards.So I prefer UGCs,of course thats my opinion.

I'm not that concerned about the AK47. Sure it would be cool but lets face it, A) My luck in CF for guns is terrible and
I already have several variants of the AK.

Thanks for the support. However I'm not offended by it. If this was another MOD I may have been, but I've always liked 9. Besides he has a point. I should be more concerned about getting my $50 of ZP other than a 1/111744648 chance (exageration) of winning a gun with a skin on it. -

Have you tried changing the currency? there is a drop down for currency (in the top left I believe), the cards are actually different per country. If that doesn't work you'll have to go back to karma koin, sorry!
I've tried all 4 types of currency and haven't had success. I'll try again tonight and if that diesn't work I'll try to resell it and buy a different type of card. Thanks for everyone's help. -

A couple of things here, was that an error message you got on our site?
What exactly were the steps to get to that message? Example, you bought the card, entered the pin on our deposit page and then saw that message?
Prepaid cards tend to be the easiest and safest way to buy zp both for you and for us. It's unfortunate that there seemed to be a problem here, but as suggested the best (and first) course of action is to contact Karma Koin (or any payment method) first.
My guess is the pin you entered was incorrect, but we should also look to improve our message which is displayed on the site. Other problems might have been a currency issue depending on the location where you bought the card. However that kind of problem would then be Karma Koins issue and out of our control.
We'll investigate the US/CAN currency thing in the mean time.
As for the event itself, I hope that there is a resolution from Karma Koin quick as you still have a few hours (10 hours) left to get your entry deposit in! -
I dont know about all the suggestions but I use them as well. The 1st 2 or 3 times I used it I didnt even notice the option to select Canada or USA and I proceeded with it being under Canada and I still got it though I was in US.Good luck man , I hope you can get your zp you paid .

First of all I know I got the right pin as I copied and pasted the one I entered on the Z8 site on the Karma Koin site and it gave me the card total (which is 50). I contacted Karma yesterday but I am yet to get a responce. If you like I can take a screen shot of the error (which is on the Z8 site) and post it here. -
Karma's responce thus far:

The currency for the card that you purchased is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Because of exchange rates, $1 CAD may not be equal to $1 United States Dollar (USD).
This issue may be resolved by selecting a value lower than $50 USD to as the issue may be due to the difference in exchange rates.
Should you have other questions or issues related to Karma Koin, please submit a new inquiry letting us know.

I tried $10 and $25 with no luck. Guess that's the last time I'll get a Karma card. Thanks for everyone's help.
