Mods not responding to threads

When support tickets reply to us and tell us to make a thread here. Why is it they go unanswered. At this point i am so fed up with the absent of reply's to many users threads.

No wonder people are getting ****ed and then raging and cursing and flaming at the mods in these threads. How would you respond to being ignored. I know that if i get ignored, you can be sure that my departure will be very loud.

I am trying to be civil, patient and respectful, however having support ticket agents direct my issues to the tech forum and having the mods ignore my posts is only going to infuriate me to become bitter and hostile.

In some cases, users are out of line and un-justified with the handling of the issue. This is not the case here.

"i just want to be acknowledged and at least get a bloody reply"

is that really too much to ask for?

    Sorry to hear about mods not responding, but im here to say that, if your lucky, you saved the installer that came with the downloader (after it fully downloads, it saves a installer in "my downloads" or "my documents". I recommend uninstalling (make sure the installer works if you have one), and reinstall. If that doesn't work, you might have to go download it again, and save it this time. If that doesn't work, post back, then maybe i can find a solution.

    Hi there,

    It's not much to ask for, But a MOD/GM has their hand full. You been patient but maybe is not enough. Maybe you have to be a little more patient. Why not PM (Private Message) or VM (Visitor Message) to our Z8 Staff? This would be a direct contact.

    Making a thread of being upset won't gain anything. Give it a shot on a direct contact. :)
