I would say M4A1.

Single Shot Accuracy - In practical terms, I would call it a draw.
Bullet Spread [stationary] - SCAR Light
Bullet Spread [moving] - M4A1
Firing rate - M4A1 I think?
Damage - Comparable, but I think the M4A1 has the advantage?
Weight - M4A1 I think, but not much difference either way.
Ammo - Same


I've just realised how long it's been since I've played

In general:

Offensive assault rifle: M4A1
Defensive assault rifle: SCAR Light

These two guns are pretty much even.

but scar light is better cuz of its power and low recoil
