Are you able to refund ZP items?

My friend told me he was able to refund a coupon gun he didn't like, and he sent a support ticket and got a refund, but it was only able to be done once and within like 24 or 48 hours? Sounds stupid to me but yeah.
I got a kdr/wl reset and I totally regret it now, and I thought maybe it could possibly be refunded and I would be able to get my old stats back. Sounds stupid again but yeah lol.

I'm pretty sure you HAVE to make a ticket within 48 hours and it can be only done once, if you did it again, I don't think you can anymore.

That is incorrect.

Any ZP purchases done are final. There are no refunds given. Sorry.

The ONLY refund that is done, and on a limited basis, is the coupon exchange.
If you exchanged a wrong coupon weapon you must send in a support ticket to Technical Support within 48 hours of the wrong redeem and request a refund of those coupons. Note that it is limited, I think 1 per account (it was different in the past, but now it's set at 1 per account).
Also note that you may not go above 100 coupons in quantity after a refund has been issued.

After a good period of time, I decided to close this up now and marking as question solved.
