Starting new account if you are from Russia.

I wanna play CF on US server. It's because ru server sucks (noob players, bad ping, stupid donate system, kicking from game is more often, than non-kicking.
I have this old account, but i want new.
But when i tried to create it, CF said me "not for your region".
Maybe you can do possibility to play on US server for wanters(maybe for some fee)?
