cf dont work for me anymore?

ok so i was able to play crossfire ever since the test and i had some problems before with the patcher now whenever i open my cf get to login page i always get some random popup from cf and theres 3 options find save close if i click close it will come back in 1-3mins. also when i try and enter a room it takes like 1-2mins for it to enter me in the match when i dont even have a slow computer :S? and then it goes to not responding and if i click on it it says endprosses or close. this is just so anyoing i cant play with this just bought 20kzp and i dont even get to use it..... if anyone knows how to fix this please post.\=
