Can't connect to server

Hello , i'm from Poland. My friend is living near me and he is playing Crossfire Rival Factions . But i'm not able to play witch him , why is that so ? It writes , i can't play from my region , why he is able to do that ? Please Help Me.

This is not or you allow to play in this version, because your to far away, bsides play the correct verion of it, Also you friend can play because he made the account before the acutual reagion ban began.
