didnt receive get my z points!!!!

i bought 10000 z points on my card and after the transaction thing was done and i got the receipt and stuff, i didnt get the stupid points..... its been over an hour now and i checked my online game and nothing.... i been looking on my account on here and still nothing but 300 points which were on there since forever lol, duno wot the hell has gone wrong, i even went on ma e-mail nd saw a receipt..... nuthing came for me, wot can i do.
