Failed to connect to server W [2003] L [0]

I have no idea what is this error is trying to imply me.
Last time, I got dc from krater zm normal in the beginning of round 20/30
Start the patch 3 times and it still give me this error.
any solution for this one, guys?

the game was in maintenance. The Servers are back up!

And i was disconnected from ZM .

And now i have this error :

" File is changed : W[2007]L[0]

rez\RB001.REZ"

Any ideas ? Can anyone help us ?

there was a patch update.Now its lagging,sitting there waiting to connect to server
