Something is force closing the game itself. Disable your Anti-Virus.

do you have malware fighter?
if not then go to
START>type MSCONFIG in the search> go to services, check HIDE ALL MICROSOFT so you won't miss you PC up, and then click on Disable everything ( your anti-virus is included )
and restart your PC, CF should work, if you have any malware fighter it should be the problem, or free anti-virus, make sure you add CF and Xtrap to the exceptions.
