i purchased the bonus item kdr/win loss reset and its been hours and i still dont have the reset. yes ive logged in and out. repeatedly...what gives?

Wait until tomorrow!!!
However you should control in game, there must be alredy reseted !!

you have to go to the "my items" part on the right side of the mall and then activate the kdr reset.
