so i try to buy zp on this account. i am using my mom's credit card, because she gave me permission. i fill out all of the information correctly, and click "buy". after that point, it says "transaction has been voided. your credit card will NOT be charged. reason: email address is not match"

what does that even mean? email address is not match? pro translators are pro.

anyways, does anyone know how i can solve this issue?

I don't really know but even if you did, it will not work since credit cards don't work some how, I suggest making a paypal (your mom does this) then add a credit card and buy ZP with paypay (basically credit card), it's exactly the same.

don't paypal's take a certain time to be activated? also, i've done this before. i've gotten zp with my mom's credit card several times, and its worked each time. now, for some reason, it comes up with some email address thing. does anyone have a solution?

update: my brother just tried getting zp on his account, on his computer, with his original e-mail address. he got the same problem. "email address is not match". any mods online tonight?

hmmmm. is there another way i can get zp? would "buddy shops" perhaps make a difference? is it safe to use?

You can make an account for Playspan and buy ZP from there (able to use credit card) Once you have bought the ZP you should get a email for a code to get your ZP, copy the code and paste it at the deposit page>redeem code>playspan>paste.

I never tried that method so I don't know. However it's your choice whenever you should use that method.
