Lagg on the alpha/Delta and echo server.

i have been lagging on those three servers the past 2 days, usually my ping is arround 120,but now its a constant 166-167, ive tried evereything i could think off, restart,delete cookies gameboosters close all other programs but nothing has worked,if there is anyone who has had this problem before and knows how to fix it,please post it here so i can do it
