I have an alt which i gave to a friend because i quit cf for some time, now i took the account back but i've forgotten my email so i can't change the pass on it.

i sent a ticket and Z8 closed it..

wtf.. i'm not trying to hack it, it's my account.

You are not allowed to share accounts. They see evidence that the account was shared and thus closed it.
