perment Block For no reason Help Pleasee

Hey good people of Z8games i have a problem

When i login to my account yester day i found it have a perment block
and i don't know why
why Guys ??

idon't use a hak or any thing -- and ididn't login to account for along time

How i have Block ???? does someone login to my account and used a hak ?
so that's my problem
ineed my account back pleaseeee Z8games it's my first account in the game and it means alot for me and it's a high level i play on it for 2 years please back my lovley account to Me
