Key board (Toggle Crouch)

When i press Ctrl stays in crouch, when i press shift stays in walking how do i fix. I thought buying new keyboard would fix this but it didn't please help me?

Go through your settings again. Go default and then change to your settings. If that fails, go to your keyboard settings and see what's going on.

When you're in the game, go to your WRENCH icon, which is your settings and click DEFAULT. Then change the settings back to how you want. On your desktop, go to Start > Run > Keyboard. Click the program only called Keyboard that is from the control panel(You can also find the program in Control Panel).

idk its a new keyboard i try all these things same things happend
.when i press shift stays in shift and then i have to press it again so it runs again same with crouch, sometimes weapons switch by its self,same thing happend to my old keyboard and this is a new one????
