Why is the leader not Changed

I sent a support ticket and i got no reply so ill post my Problem here

this is what i sent

im complaining about the clan My leader was permanently banned on 7/8/2012 and today''''s 8/9
and the leader has not changed please Can you change it Now? or is it Automatically
-Thanks in advance

By the way my clan is called Bl@ckvipers
Why are you Guys not answering it its been already 3 day since i sent it
Anyone have any idea

11.If a clan leader is INACTIVE or Banned for a long period of time can the leadership be transferred?
• Clan Leadership can be transferred if the Leader has been inactive for a period of 60 or more days. If a member of the clan contacts us about an inactive leader, Z8Games will contact the clan leader via the Z8Games support website who then has 7 days to respond. If the leader does not respond, Leadership will be transferred to the highest ranking lieutenant or highest ranking active clan member if no lieutenants are available. In the event that the Clan Leader is permanently banned then leadership can be transferred as soon as 30 days after the ban on the leader has been issued. In these cases Leadership will be transferred using the same process as above.

i said he leader was permanently banned on 8/8 so the leader should have been change 3 days ago any ideas now?

Read whats in red above you. That might be whats holding it up. The 7 day notification they send to the prevuious leader. You said its been 3 days since you sent the ticket.Other then that no I dont have any other ideas sir.

Why do you guy not get me it not the ^0 days one its the 30 days one beacue he was banned permanently can anyone mention a Mod or Gm please

Why dont you get they send an email to the old leader and he has 7 days to respond. You said you sent it 3 days ago?Wait 4 more days

I know it seems frustrating but just be patient. Before long a mod or some1 Im sure will see this and try and help. Thats the only thing I can think of on why it hasnt changed leadership. But good luck.

Try looking for Mod 9. He's pretty good at trying to sort this kind of stuff out .

It has been over 60 days of inactivity. You will have to wait 48hours for Z8Games to officially read your ticket. Then 7 more days since they send a ticket informing the leader waiting for a response. After 7 days, with no reply, Z8 will respond to your ticket and the leader shall be changed. So you technically have to wait at least 8-9 days after the 60 days of inactivity.

It has been 5 weeks to that day, which is 35 days.

You will need to wait longer in the case of inactive leaders.

Now if you're saying he was banned, which idk why you would know that, then yes you should send in that ticket to Technical Support. Now I'm going to go through the steps once more from the Clan FAQ:

So really it's 30 + 7 days, so hopefully you'll get a reply pronto, then to wait 7 days after that, then get the leadership transferred.

so its been 35 day so it means 2 days Left ? and thanks for your help why i know he is permanently banned is because i have his face book and he told me so..
