my support ticket replied...?

i forgot my register email so i sent in a support ticket..giving my info and everything and requesting my register email, and when i get replied to it says:

Dear player, your security answer is correct.

For security purpose, please provide us with the following information:

1. The first email and password used on this account.

2. The transaction IDs of PaybyCash in June.

i dont understand..did they even read my ticket..? :/ and plus i dont even use paybycash??..i just want my register email please...ive sent a reply but no answer yet..

    It's a PayByCash Ultimate Game Card, so essentially your previous UGC deposits. They ask for previous email to verify you're the original owner the email was changed from the original.
