Lag Spikes

Does anybody know what I can do about random lag spikes?
I first noticed it when gaming. Every so-often, my ping will increase from 38 to 200. I looked at my task manager to see how my connection was, and took a screenshot. These are my findings:

Does anybody here know what I can do about this? Thanks in advance!

Make sure your router is not near any metal. And can you please specify what Wireless adapter you have? There's an explanation for the range.

How often do you spike? I have the same problem, but mine is terrible. I spike to 700 and it stays like that for about 10 seconds before it goes back down. It continues like that, and spikes every ~60 seconds

Oh and btw, those spikes on your Task Manager only represent how much is being used on that network. The connection speed depends on your ISP and your router. Once again, it'll be interfered through metal and THICK walls. Any metal can screw it up. Also, try accessing your router's interface via browser and change to a different channel.
