i have to proplems i wish u help me

1- i had a survey and i had the zp but i didnt had the ribbon!!!!!
2- my marco for {f5-f6-f7} doesnt work =>(when i come to change it it not allowed)!!!!! {f8} only work!!

Takes 24-48 hours to receive ANY ribbon. Your hot-keys might've changed as well. So check your settings.
