I have 2 Issues

1. My friend wants to register a new account, since he seems interested in it. Apparently he can't register. He does all the required things on the register thingy but in the end it says something like, "Re-do the word verification". He does it over and over but no success.

2. I can't send support tickets with replays. o.0 I don't know why. It tells me to put the file as a mediafire link and i do, but in the end my browser closes (I keep re-trying but still the same result).

Have you both tried doing those things with different browsers?
That's usually the first thing to try out.

I used Chrome + Mozzila + Explorer, what else should i try?

Have you tried clearing your cache then retrying either option?

Still doesn't work

maybe i should try re-installing my browsers?
