Xtrap please help

My Xtrap updater can't download the Xtrap.xt file, all the other files, can be downloaded easily... Error Code_Field 10-0300-800C000B-104 sayng that The access to Xtrap server is unstabele or Xtrap update wasn't able to run properly. Plese, restar the game.
Anyone, Mods or GMs, I did all the thing that you said, the antivirus checking, installing and reinstalling, and it isn't with anything related to them, and I tried downloading the files from the internet and for the fist time the Xtrap let me log, but for the second time I tried to log in the same error that only the Xtrap.xt can't be downloaded, I went to the support and they said to me to come here again... Anyone have an answer?! please help me...
