Ask Polleus.. It didn't help..

So.. We re-downloaded it.. shut off his AV before downloading.. and it still does the same thing.. He open's it, before he logs in.. It goes away.. Wont let him do anything.. We've done it 50 times.. Still the same thing..

Anyone wanna help us fix it?

I know this... He can't Log in.. it goes away before he puts in his ID and PW
