Still no reply from Support
Hi guys, last week I sent a ticket to support about an issue over 2 months ago. Yes 2 months ago I DID send a ticket about that issue within 48 hours of the problem. I sent a 2nd one last week b/c the 1st one was never replied. This is what I said for my 2nd ticket:
Hi I bought 50 m4a1s patriot crates and while spinning the SWAT thing came up (this was during the time when Sadin said he would return our crates if we had this situation come up, over 2 months ago) then said system error. Afterwards my crates all disappeared
All 50 of them disappeared, sorry but I didn't take a screenshot idk how. I tried sending a support ticket over 2 months ago but I got no reply. If you can't replace my 50 m4a1s patriot crates the least you can do is refund my zp, 40K zp.
