still no ZP
on Friday of last week i had gotten a $20 UGC from my local walmart and i have gotten the two emails stating it was done Mod9 tryed to help me *not his fault at all* and i put a ticket in i think that friday night anyways i understand they do not work on weekends and didn't on labor day but today is tuesday which i know they are working and i still have not gotten my 20k ZP that i am entitled to *only reason i say that is because i spent my hard earned money on the card and this game* i would something done or anything if im going to kept spending money from time to time on these cards i don't want to have to go through this every single time

UGC actually sends us the OK to send you the points, according to our records they haven't gone through with this yet.
Does your email have our transaction IDs? ******XX_***XX_***_loginID ?
I don't see record of any payment from UGC on your account. Either way, open a support ticket but it is likely something happened when depositing to UGC. -

ingame name is amjam and to the other GM yes i have gotten that email i did save it just incase and but this bs i got the other email saying the order was completedplease don't show the emails.
you said you sent in the ticket. Well now they'll have time to review.

As I said in the other post from the other thread on this subject when you were to submit the ticket:From there, fill out the form, that you didn't receive your ZP, its a prepaid card from Ultimate Game Card (UGC). Put in the date you made the deposit, and provide the transaction ID that will be found in the email you received from UGC (PayByCash really lol).
Add in any additional comments that you believe will be useful to Support in helping to resolve your issue.
And most important, please take a screenshot of that email (save it in paint probably) and upload it at the bottom of the form.
Then Submit.
