Freezing and skipping when aiming +more

OK so for the past few months or probably more when i move my mouse and aim, it just freezes and then when it does move it s****. Also il get random moving when im not even touching the keyboard or mouse, and sometimes the gun will shoot on its own..

this has turned CF into a game fun for me to play and easy to kill noobs to it being impossible to aim therefore i Hate this game atm and would love you if i got some help.

Ive tryed changing mouse and keyboards, i still have the same problem..
