Crossfire not starting

Everything is loaded.
avast and firewall off.
got cc cleaner.
Reboot system 2 or 3 times now.
desinstall and delete all loading files and try load and install again.
an hourglass apears when i click on play, but the game doesn't start at all.
I already played on my cup.

windows xp sp3
penthium 4 3.6ghz
2g ram
raddeon 9550 grafics

Please help.
