About RIBBON

i was waiting for my FACEBOOK FRIENDS ribbon for 2 weeks, i done evrething that i could do and then also i get 16 permanent weapon but i dnt have the GUN HOBBYIST ribbon since 3 days ago. plss GM check it out, or maybe ERROR..????
