Ugc gamecard issues

so i just put the ultimate game card in but i have not gotten my zp yet what worries me the most is it did not ask for my ingame name im sure email well do it but i got two emails from them saying your ip number or whatever and the transaction but its not in my ingame account when can i expect it to be there

  • It should only take a couple minutes for ugc to receive ur order,theyll send the zp.It always takes me no more than a minute to receive the zp.If you dont receive ur zp,contact support.

    Ultimate Game Card is a maze for you to get you ZP. When i use to use it, i have to register to a site, redeem the code, it will be send to you eamil ( takng couple of minutes) Then you get your ZP.

    To avoid all that, i want to share with you out new Payment Method called Karma Koin. Here is a little Review Video on how to use and how simple it is.

    Hmmm...as for me it took me couple of minutes that i felt i been scam. Suddenly it appear on my email. Give it a couple more minutes.

    i got two saying your order is compelete but z8games is failing to get it to my account and thank you being a good person don't see to many of you running around

    That indeed is strange, normally i'll put my z8 game email. But if you didn't, then keep an eye on your other email. Nothing yet, then i wouldn't know what else to tell you :O

    i used the same email i used for z8games if i don;t get it Z8 WILL REFUND MY MONEY or something this is bs paycheck was 42 dollers and im down to 7 thxs to this fcking card
  • Did you enter the code they gave you onto the promotion code page?

    You know that you can just enter the redeem number on the card on the Z8 deposit page, right? (You lose a couple of pennies if you do this though)

    this happened to me once, and i waited a few hours and then got it. but i would check with ugc support aswell.

    so im guessing i just need to wait a few hours then so z8 or g4box who ever does the zp thing can get it great...
  • Alright lets clear the air here. Moved the thread to tech support and redid title.

    There are a few things to get straight here. You did purchase the ZP through UGC and got the 2 confirmation emails. That means it went through and the ZP has been credited.

    I'll say it again. The transaction is complete and you should have the ZP on the account.

    Now maybe there's an error on Z8's end. Thats a possibility. Lets have you do some things before you all huff and puff.

    Log out of the site, then log back in.
    Now go check in either "My account" or in the web mall.

    Hopefully that should clear that up.

    Did you complete the steps and are still having issues?

    Anyways, so you'll need to send in a Support ticket. The following link will take you to it.

    From there, have it as:
    Game Related: Account
    Category: Billing / Purchases

    From there, fill out the form, that you didn't receive your ZP, its a prepaid card from Ultimate Game Card (UGC). Put in the date you made the deposit, and provide the transaction ID that will be found in the email you received from UGC (PayByCash really lol).

    Add in any additional comments that you believe will be useful to Support in helping to resolve your issue.

    And most important, please take a screenshot of that email (save it in paint probably) and upload it at the bottom of the form.

    Then Submit.

    Please note that because this is Friday, Support will not working during the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and possibly Labor day (Monday, Sep 3rd). So please have a little patience when waiting for a reply to your initial request.
