I can't sell my 'Double Barrel Shotgun'!!

I can't sell the item ''Double Barrel Shotgun''(secondry, shotgun class)!
After i pressed the green button that sells the item, a message comes up and it says 'Item purchase has failed'. I've tried restarting the game but it still doesn't work!
What should i do?
