so i bought 30 Thompson and Winchester and i won the Winchester after like 23 boxes then somehow i got an error then when i logged back into the game i couldn't find the gun in my storage can u guys help me plzz

Guns will not disappear because of an error. You technically win a gun the moment you open the crate and not when you see the items, so there is no way you could've lost your Winchester if you saw the allegedly saw yourself winning the weapon and then getting an error.

woudnt surprise me any wiht the amount of erros in this game anymore.Havent had that happen but i do get crossfire client errors anywhere from 3-5 an hour everynight.Siting in lobby throwing a nade just standing there sniping.Not getting pushed nothng and its really beginning to annoy me

That has absolutely nothing with this. This guy's probably just scamming, trying to get a free winch when he doesn't understand how BM works and that Z8 keeps all the logs of winnings.
