I got banned for hacking, but I never used hacks!

Now, that's about 8 months ago that I was banned for 3 days.
I asked the Support why they banned me, and they said that it was because I was blocked.
I thought that someone blocked me in MM or HM, if you know what I mean: Someone blocked the entry of the cage in Excavation or Merida.

That time, I didn't care about it.
But now I do, because of the Honorable Soldier Ribbon.

So I complained about that one week ago, and they aswered to me that I was banned for Hacking. *DAFUQ*

I never hacked with this account, well I put a lot of money in it and nobody else has the login data for it.

Is it possible that they did a fault? And is it possible that they still got the replay where they thought that I hacked ( And I'm sure I didn't -.-)?
