Survey issue

Hey guys, idk if you other people have this issue but when I fill out the surveys completely I only get zp from 1 of the surveys I do and the other ones I don't get zp from. What's going on? I filled the information correctly and completely.

and...... this is an issue with sponsor or survey detected false info . you must contact sponsor

all sponsors have a customer support , tell them what's wrong

I tried that I even sent them a screenshot showing that i did the survey but no use....
