Please help!

Hello, I'm having a problem with crossfire when I go to load up the game.... After xtrap and HGW loads completely the game starts to load up and I get an error report stating:

CROSSFIRE ERROR
Do you want to close?
OK Cancel

Then after I click ok, The game starts to load again and states:

Shrader.exe
File missing!
OK
